Prior to the call, Jennifer looked at the policies, prior premiums and other history. She called promptly and we spent 1.5 hrs going through the documents. Jennifer provided information related to the increases and ways costs might be reduced and reasons for increases. Our time also included a review of coverages to ensure we are adequately covered. "This is one of the worst agency's to do business with. I called for pricing and was told by Lauren Hersh that she could save money from my current insurance company. I got a quote but then I was informed that the rates were going up. I canceled both the homeowners policy and auto policy. I received an email from my mortgage company that my homeowners policy was paid. How can you send a bill if the policy was canceled? Fraud if you ask me. That office does not return phone calls until you call customer care. Stay as far away from them as you can."
